By signing up you are agreeing to the following Conditions.

A minimum of Silver Membership is required to play. This must be paid the first week of playing.

Players who forfeit their match are required to pay the whole courts fee ($60). Please get organised and no forfeits should occur.

Standard Tennis scoring will apply. Any variations will be announced prior to first match of the season.

If you sign up to play this season you are responsible for fielding your position each week. No exceptions.

Leaving your teammate or opposition without a match for any reason is rude and will result in a club ban. People put aside the time to play this competition each week and everyone is asked to show respect to their fellow competitors.

You are responsible to organise your teams each week so you do not leave your team or opposition standing at the court without a match.

Tennis has a proud tradition of gentlemen and ladies respecting each other in competition. Poor sportsmanship or offensive attire will not be tolerated.

Respect Officials and their decisions – Most of the decisions we make will go unnoticed and will bring smiles to everyone’s faces. Occasionally we will have to make tough rulings that you may not like… Please understand we are doing what is best for the game and club members as a whole.

If you have no luck arranging your own player please phone us and we will do anything we can to help. After all, that is what we are here for.

Having said that, please do not abuse our help or expect that we can get fill ins on the day, especially within hours of playtime. Don’t let people down.
